- We specialize in the surgical treatment of spinal conditions.
- We do not perform Physical Therapy, Pain Management, or Injections but may refer you for these services.
- We only prescribe medications to postoperative surgical patients.
- We do not provide disability ratings.
Prior to your Clinic Appointment
- Fill out the New Patient Intake and bring it with you to your first clinic visit.
- Or you can arrive early and fill out the Intake on the day of your appointment
- Bring any recent MRI or CT studies on a CD for us to review
